My favorite. The original owner took this car to Alaska and race down 1200 miles of gravel and mud road. He made it. One of the greatest feats done in a corvette. It is a legend ! |
Carolyn is looking good ! |
Yaa I can drive this one |
The Corvette Museum is conveniently located next to the Corvette Assembly plant in Bowling Green. The tour of the assembly is really an educational and definitely a good time. We were guided through the plant as the workers built the cars from the ground up through final testing. 8 new Corvettes a day.
The Corvettes were all beautiful. Unfortunately no camera's allowed in the plant Across the street is the Corvette museum that houses the older and rarer cars. Everything from the first to the concept cars. Of course I bought a raffle ticket for a new 2012 Corvette Grand Sport convertible that I expect to win. If you are in the area this is a good stop along the way.
